Nondiscrimination

ABAS does not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, in service delivery or in employment, on the basis of any characteristic protected by law. This includes race, color, national origin, ancestry, age, disability, health status, religion, creed, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, veteran status, English proficiency, socioeconomic status, and source of payment.

Language access

Language assistance services, including qualified interpreters, are available at no cost. Tell us your preferred language and we will arrange interpretation, in person or by telephone or video. On request, we arrange oral interpretation of written materials, and written materials are available in accessible formats such as large print and read-aloud. Your health plan also provides interpreter services at no cost; we can help you arrange them.
